EXHIBITS - PERMANENT MAN-MADE STRUCTURES
There are two permanent man-made structures (the access road and airport fence) within
200 feet of the proposed processing site. The owner of the access road and fence is the
Telluride Regional Airport Authority (TRAA).
No damage waivers are needed as the lease agreement with TRAA includes provisions
for road maintenance by TSC. TSC will repair any damage caused to the fence by its
operation.
