TSC used a buffer of 1600 feet which exceeds the 200 feet buffer
required by CDRMS. TSC reviewed the land ownership records at the County Clerk's office and
found that the U.S. Forest Service was overlooked. This notification is being sent out and proof
of mailing will be sent under a separate cover letter when the return receipt is received.
Item 2 Exhibit C - Pre-Mining and Mining Plan Maps, Rule 6.4.3.
TSC intends on removing the stockpiles of stone from the 50 feet buffer area into the material
stockpile area as part of the processing operation.
The gray line was delineating parcel boundaries. This line has been added to the legend. There
are only two landowners, Telluride Regional Airport Authority and the United States Forest
Service. Both were shown on the original submittal.
The features approximately 100 feet east of the permit boundary were from the airport runway
improvement project and have been removed by R. E. Monks, the contractor for the airport
runway improvement project. The access road and airport fence have been added to Exhibit S.
The revised copy of Exhibit S is attached.
The direction of processing is generally West to East. Arrows have been added to Exhibit C and
the legend.
A silt fence will be installed in the northeast corner of the permit area to control storm water
runoff as shown on Exhibit C.
complex world I CLEAR SOLUTIONS
-° t.rf
