Response to Reclamation Permit Conversion Application Consideration - Page 2/2 <br />® Prior to construction of any test and/or monitoring and observation holes, the applicant must either <br />obtain the appropriate permit, or submit the appropriate notice of intent, on forms provided by the <br />State Engineer (further information regarding these types of wells and their forms are available <br />online at http•//water state co.us/jzroundwater/wellpennit/Pages/ObservationHoles.aspx#notice). <br />® When utilizing the ground water and surface water resources adjudicated in Case Nos. 80CW133 <br />and 06CW91, respectively, the applicant shall follow the conditions set forth in the said decrees. <br />COMMENTS: The proposed permitted acreage includes portions of Sects. 21, 27, and 28, Twp. 36 North, <br />Rng. 11 West, N.M.P.M. (referred to as 10'h P.M. in the application). The comments provided herein mirror <br />those dated February 7, 2011, as this notice for an amended permit conversion application does not appear to <br />include any new information concerning the estimated water demand and proposed water supply for. this <br />operation. <br />
