Pineda <br />Director <br />Seneca Coal Company, LLC has applied for a bond release at the Seneca II Mine. The bond release <br />application was found complete by this Division on May 19, 2011. This Phase II Bond Release for <br />219.7 acres for the Seneca II Mine, Permit No. C-1980-005, for lands reclaimed by Seneca Coal <br />Company from 1989- through 2003. The surface ownership is State, and the coal mined was State. <br />We will contact you to advise you of the Division's required bond release inspection of the site as soon <br />as it has been scheduled.
