Breidenbach <br />Loretta Pineda <br />24993 County Road 50 Director <br />Iliff CO 80736 <br />RE: Request for confirmation of permit status for the CO Division of Highways Kautz/Logan Pit, DRMS <br />Permit M-1976-035 <br />Mr. Breidenbach, <br />This letter is in response to your telephone request of May 20, 2011 for written confirmation of the status of DRMS <br />Permit M1976-035, also referred to as the Colorado Division of Highways Kautz/Logan Pit. <br />Due to the age of the permit, the original release documents (if they still exist) would have to be recovered from <br />State Archives. However, our Electronic Permit System records show that the permit for the above referenced site <br />was terminated on 12/20/1978. <br />If you require copies of the original release documents, you will need to submit a request to Jim Dupler at (303-866- <br />3567 x8119) and provide him with the needed information. It is likely that it will take at least 2 days to recover a <br />copy of the original documents from the archives (if they exist). <br />I hope this answers your question as to the status of that site.
