This letter is to provide your office with an update as to the Authority's <br />progress related to your three observations. "r <br />1. Signs and Markers. A sign providing the information required under Rules 3.1.12 (1) (a), (b), <br />and (c) has been posted. An attached photograph is provided as requested as proof. <br />2. Reclamation Plan. The Authority intends to file a Technical Revision to revise the reclamation <br />plan to reflect an unlined reservoir. This should be completed sometime in the near future. <br />3. Hydrologic balance. A letter dated April 27, 2011 regarding the Authority's progress towards <br />compliance with augmentation requirements was sent to Mr. Tony Waldron. A copy of this <br />letter is provided for your use. <br />The Authority will continue to keep the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety appraised of its <br />progress but please feel free to contact me at 303-537-3726 if you have any specific questions. <br />Sincerely, <br />04. 60j- <br />J.
