FA C) 0 <br />RPM, Inc. <br />Coeelostoas: Based on our secant observations trade at the pit, our discussions with the client regarding the <br />existing training operation, and our experience with similar gravel pit excavations and subsurface conditions in this <br />portion of Roust County, it is N WCC's opinion that the temporary cut slopes constructcd along the edges of the pit <br />will be stable if oonstroated to a 1 (horizontal) to 1 (vortical) slope configuration. It is also NWCC's opinion that <br />the 6nishedfpermanau slopes constructed to a 3 (horizontal) to 1 (vertical) slope configuration of will be stable, <br />Professional opinions based on the submtkee conditim exposed at the site are presented in this report. These <br />opinions we based partly on evaluation of technical infomtation gathered, partly on oar observations made of the <br />existing pit, partly on our understanding of the proposed out and fill slope configurations and construction <br />techniques, and parity on our experience with similar slopes and subsurface conditions.
