Apr 281109:1 7p PA <br />JUBILEE VENTURE LLC <br />EAGLE MINE PROJECT FLOWSHEET <br />1 _) Strip topsoil from panel to be mined and stockpile in windrow on previous <br />numbered mining panel. - Front end loader and bulldozer. <br />2.) Strip overburden and interburden (if any) and also wuidrow on previous <br />numbered mining panel. - Front end loader and bulldozer. <br />3.} Mine ore in panel beginning with that closest to plant site and deliver to stockpile. <br />- Front end loader. <br />4.) Another front end loader delivers ore from stockpile to bin on elevating conveyor <br />which delivers it to mixing vessel where it is slurried with a measured amount of <br />water. - Front end loader <br />5.) Slurry from mixing vessel is pumped to screen. Oversize from screen is piped to <br />tailings pond- <br />6.) Undersize from screen is pumped to hydrocyclone where undersize is piped to <br />tailings pond. Oversize from hydrocyclone is pumped to spirals. <br />7.) Spirals progressively further separate heavy fractions from light fractions which <br />are sent to the tailings pond- <br />8.) Concentrated heavies from spirals go to vibrating tables for final separation. <br />9.) Light and coarse fractions which are in tailings pond are dredged out and <br />stockpile where excess water can drain back into tailings pond. Overflow water <br />goes into water storage pond to be recycled in the milling process. <br />10.) As soon as mining of the panel makes enough room for the front end <br />loader used for mining operate comfortably; it will start carrying the drained <br />tailings back to fill in behind the mine operating area as it progresses toward the <br />end of the pastel - Front end loader. <br />11.) Once the panel has been mined to its end and fully backflled with tailings <br />leaving enough space for the stockpiled overburden and interburden the latter will <br />be spread over the tailings backfill. <br />12.) The windrowed topsoil is the last material to be moved back as a layer on <br />the backfilled panel. It can then be seeded at the appropriate time of the year with <br />the BLM prescribed seed mix and application rate. <br />13.) The next panel will be mined and reclaimed as was done on the previous <br />panel with Panel 1 being the last panel to be mined. <br />
