They have to obtain an appropriate well permit from the state- <br />2. We should check the public lands around the proposed well site to make <br />sure that the proposed pumping will not affect and existing BLM springs or <br />wells. <br />3. The well can be used only for mining purposes on the claim - the water <br />can't be transported elsewhere for other uses, such as selling water to oil <br />3/16/B11
