Any oil or fuel spills and or areas that become contaminated will be cleaned up according to current EPA
federal and state guideline regulations.
MSHA has already been contacted in regards to this operation and when it is at an appropriate stage of
development they will do a "walk through" to provide us with the knowledge to be able to be able to
operate pursuant to MSHA safety regulations. One-half of the Jubilee Venture personnel have taken the
requisite course and the remaining are scheduled for later this month.
The access road from Moffat County Road 102 to the plant site has apparently been where it is plotted
on all maps since the dredge work was done in the late 1930's. There are other aerial photos that were
taken in 1987 which also show the road and the aerial photo base on which the Division of Water
Resources plots the water wells on Section 2 also show the access road. The date on which it was taken
is not known.
3-3
