Phone Number for Mr. Jared Dains: 303-452-6611 <br />Dear Mr. Dains: <br />This letter is in response to your letters dated December 13, 2010 and May 3, 2011 <br />requesting renewal of the above referenced substitute water supply plans to cover depletions <br />caused by gravel mining operations at three locations. This substitute water supply plan ("SWSP") <br />is a combined replacement plan that identifies replacement sources to cover depletions from three <br />mine sites along the Cache La Poudre River.
