This document is intended to provide a basis for the Division's recommended approval <br />over various concerns and reasons for objection to the Amendment AM-5 application, File No. M- <br />2001-085. <br />The 120'' Estates Partners Mine Amendment AM-5 application was found complete and designated as <br />filed with the Division on 17 March 2011. The site is located approximately 1/4 mile south-southeast of <br />the town of Henderson, Adams County, Colorado. The property is located in Section 35, Township 1 <br />South, Range 67 West of the 6th Principal Meridian. The proposed amended area is 2.7 acres which <br />will create a total permit area of 51.8 acres. The proposed post-mined land use for the amended area is <br />Industrial/Commercial. Reclamation at the site will include removal of the stockpiled material from <br />the disturbed acreage plus ripping and revegetation. <br />1.
