Box 806 <br />Dear Mr. White: <br />On May 16, 2011, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the succession of operators from White <br />Sand & Gravel, LLC to Carder, Inc. for this operation. <br />Carder, Inc. is now the approved application holder of the White Sand & Gravel Pit #1, and as such, is still responsible <br />for all provisions in Permit No. M-2010-062, as well as those specified in the Rules and Regulations. <br />The transfer of this permit does not result in the transfer of any other permit or license, with this Division, the State, or <br />Federal Agency, which might be associated with this operation. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />Jared L.
