Executive Director <br />502 South Wisconsin <br />Gunnison, CO. 81230 Loretta E Pirleds <br />Director <br />Re: Gold Links Mine, Permit No. M-1987-143, Receipt of 110(2) Hard Rock/Metal Mining Reclamation <br />Permit Amendment (AM-01) Withdrawal. <br />Dear Mr. Gydesen: <br />On March 28, 2011, the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division) received your 110(2) Hard Rock/Metal <br />Mining Reclamation Permit amendment application package for the Gold Links Mine, Permit No. M-1987-143. On <br />April 4, 2011 staff notified CRG Mining of inadequacies with the amendment application filing. Per a letter received on <br />May 16, 2011 CRG is opting to withdrawal the amendment. Division staff has noted in the system the amendment is <br />withdrawn. <br />CRG has requested that the amendment application materials and fee be returned. Please find enclosed the copy of the <br />amendment application retained in the Grand Junction Field Office for review. Staff has requested that Division <br />administrative staff return (the fee to CRG. That request is being processed through the Denver office.
