The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the
Colorado Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on April 15, 2011, a minor revision application
(MR.-253) to the Foidel Creek Mine, Permit No. C-1982-056, operated by Twentymile Coal, LLC,
2951.5 Routt County Road No. 27, Oak Creek, CO 80467 was considered complete for the purposes of
filing. Twentymile Coal Company proposes to construct a drill pad temporary cement batch plant,
temporary concrete transfer line, drill two (2) boreholes, establish temporary drainage and sediment
control, and construct a short temporary access road from Routt County Road No. 27. All reviews
and comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this
date of filing.
