6.4.6 Exhibit F - Reclamation Plan Map
16. The Reclamation Plan Map does not show the center pivot sprinkler or holding pond.
Will these features remain upon the completion of reclamation? If they will remain, then the
Reclamation Plan Map must be revised to show these features. Also, the Mining Plan Map
shows an overburden stockpile will be placed in the location of these features. Please explain
what will happen to the center pivot sprinkler and holding pond during mining.
Applicant's Response:
The center pivot, feeder irrigation pipelines and pond will be retained for use by the farm south
of the permit area. The area to remain under irrigation will not be disturbed by the overburden
stockpile or other mining activities.
6.4.7 Exhibit G - Water Information
17. The Division is currently reviewing the Applicant's Groundwater Impacts Analysis; the
Division's comments relating to this exhibit will be forthcoming.
0
