The Division received the packet containing the new Notice of Intent (NOI) named above on May 12, 2011, and has
posted the non-confidential contents of it on the Division's website.
The Division is currently reviewing the NOI for deficiencies that must be corrected or additionally provided, and will
contact you soon in regard to any such items. The original NOI packet did not include a bond, which is a deficiency,
but the Division will calculate a bond amount during the review period and notify you as to the amount that is
required to be posted.
