Rm. 21 <br />Denver, Colorado <br />80203 <br />Re: NOI, Colorado Potash Project <br />Dear Sirs: <br />This letter accompanies our Notice of Intent to conduct prospecting activities on the Colorado <br />Potash project, San Miguel and Dolores Counties, Colorado. Maps attached to this NOI <br />application show the location of potash prospecting permit applications RM Potash has filed <br />with the Bureau of Land management. <br />This NOI, and the Exploration Plan filed with the BLM Public Lands Office in Dolores, <br />Colorado, initiates the NEPA clearance for 6 possible drill site locations, shown generally on <br />RM Potash Exploration Plan Map 2, and shown in detail on the attached topographic maps. <br />From these 6 possible drill sites RM Potash intends to select one or two sites for drilling of <br />Phase 1 Proof of Concept drill holes. <br />Our exploration Plan has been filed with the BLM Public Lands Office in Dolores, Colorado; <br />please contact James Blair at 970-882-6862 or iblair@)blm.oov for additional <br />information from the BLM.
