Stegner Mine - M-1999-021 <br />Connie Davis to: Cunningham, Michael 12/2112010 03:51 PM <br />Hi Michael - Our attorney got a response on 12/13/10 from Trollco, the Stegner Mine land owner, to the <br />12/7/10 letter, a copy of which we provided to DRMS. I couldn't remember if I sent you a copy of Trollco's <br />response or not, so am emailing to you now. Their response indicates that they won't be pursuing an SO <br />until they get approval from Larimer County on their amendment request for their zoning permit. The letter <br />I sent out this morning to Larimer County, which I copied you on, states Aggregate Industries' position that <br />Trollco needs to submit an SO for the DRMS permit before Larimer County approves any amendment to <br />the zoning permit.
