Please note that all other provisions of Permit <br />M-1977-493 including previous stipulations remain in full force and effect. <br />The revised estimated liability amount of $78,246,088.00 exceeds the $52,365,000.00 performance bond currently held. <br />If you have not already done so, please submit additional bond in the amount of $25,881,088.00.
