This is a slightly different and more s raig`Rtf`onvard approa& than I discussed with Steve Boyle last week <br />(which would have allowed for a certain annual component, with appropriate adjustments as addressed in the bond <br />release guideline, and use of "raw sample" standard deviation, as Steve and 1 discussed). <br />The plan didn't specifically address the reference area sampling, but I assume the plan for reference area would be to <br />employ a random sample with minim size of 15, to sample adequacy, with procedures consistent with reclaimed area <br />sample. <br />The only question I had was regarding the reference to "calculations that incorporate other geotechnieal data" in the first <br />paragraph, which seemed out of place, and unrelated to the Phase 2 bond release vegetation cover sample. <br />Let me know if you have any questions. <br />Dan
