The cubic yard values for stockpiles 17 and 18 do not match the values in the chart on the map. (Stockpiles & chart were changed to match; calculations were redone to show updates.) 3. Annual Reclamation Report, Acres Seeded - The acreage values for "Last Years Cumulative Total" needs to correspond to the 2007 "Cumulative Total" of 452.32 acre. Please update "Last Years Cumulative Total". (Added 2007's 58.70 acre of seeding to the "Last Years Cumulative Total". That acreage was inadvertently left out.) 5. Annual Reclamation Report, Acres Seeded - The acreage values for "10 Years or less" and "Greater than 10 years" to not add up to the "Cumulative Total." This may be due to a seeding area that is now greater than 10 years since seeding, augmented seeding or a typo. If augmented seeding was necessary, please give a description of the seeding. (Mathematical errors were corrected on the form.) 6. Topsoil Thickness, page 2 - The text states "The New Horizon 2 has a minimum requirement of "...approximately 1.0 foot for topsoil laydown thickness." (2.05.4(2)(d)-13.)" The permit approved at the time of (TR-54 version) does not appear to make reference to a minimum thickness on the stated page number. Please reference the correct page that states a minimum topsoil depth. (The referenced text is located in; 2.05.4(2)(d)-13, under the heading "Topsoil Salvage Techniques - onward.) TR-54.
