Coors Energy Company
submitted the application in accordance with Rule 2.08.4, and the application was received by the Division on
April 4, 2011.
The Division has found that the application is adequate with one exception: the industrial land use map (page
124a in the permit application) should be updated to reflect the proposed boundary change.
Please submit the revised map by the regulatory timeframe. If you have any questions feel free to contact me at
Rob.ZuberAstate.co.us or (303) 866-3567, extension 8113.
Since ely,
/Robert Zuber, P.E.
Environmental Protection Specialist
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines
