<br />OSM finds that Seneca Coal Company has met the requirements for Phase I bond release on 412.35 <br />acres. The United States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM) was notified of <br />the inspection and attended the September 21s` inspection. BLM has received and reviewed DRMS's <br />Proposed Decision. DFD received BLM's concurrence letter on April 15, 2011 (attached). No other <br />Federal Land Management Agencies are involved in this action. <br />DFD extends our thanks to your staff for coordinating this bond release through our office.
