Please add measurement units to each of the constituents listed in Table 2 on permit text page
2.05-57 of Section 2.05.6(3) (b) (N).
The Division has no further concerns. Measurement units were added to Table 2 on revised
permit text page 2.05-61 in the submittal dated April 11, 2011.
New Questions
119. On revised page 2.05-19 of the April 11, 2011 submittal, there is a statement that the ponds will
be cleaned out no later than when the ponds are 75% full of sediment. Please revise this
sentence to read that the ponds will be cleaned out when the sediment level reaches no more
than 75% of the designed sediment capacity.
120. On page 2.05-59 of the April 11, 2011 submittal, the first sentence states that the Colorado
River will not be monitored. Please correct this statement since the river is part of the water
monitoring program.
121. As required under Rule 4.03.1(4)(e), please provide designs which show that the bridge can
safely pass the runoff from a 100 year-24 hour precipitation event.
122. On revised Map 13 of the submittal dated April 11, 2011, please label pond 1 and pond 2 on the
plan view.
c:/word2007/fruita/newappmemo2
