On revised page 2.05-19 of the April 11, 2011 submittal, there is a statement that the ponds will <br />be cleaned out no later than when the ponds are 75% full of sediment. Please revise this <br />sentence to read that the ponds will be cleaned out when the sediment level reaches no more <br />than 75% of the designed sediment capacity. <br />120. On page 2.05-59 of the April 11, 2011 submittal, the first sentence states that the Colorado <br />River will not be monitored. Please correct this statement since the river is part of the water <br />monitoring program. <br />121. As required under Rule 4.03.1(4)(e), please provide designs which show that the bridge can <br />safely pass the runoff from a 100 year-24 hour precipitation event. <br />122.
