We are currently going through the Joint Planning Process
(County and City) and it has become apparent that the project will
probably
need an additional source of water to supply the project's needs(non
potable).
The applicant is working with the Isgar family, who own the land and
water
rights on the Animas River. The intake will consist of only a portable
pump
or hose in the river and no permanent impacts or fill placed in the
river.
Do we need any permits from the USACE to do this?
I just want to make sure I'm not missing something before we proceed.
Any _
• thoughts you might have would be appreciated. p L_
/.aN?MAS 6LAGE2 Qz,a ieL.
2 LEV144 k (",?) tT M - pA6F- M -'41
