UA - Onshore Gas Number: CO-HSE-032 <br /> HSE Procedure Custodian: Colorado Operations <br /> Spill Prevention, Control and Revision: 0 <br /> Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan Effective: January 2012 <br />16.0 FLOWLINES and GATHERING LINES <br />The East RDD Project flowlines and gathering lines will be operated, inspected and maintained <br />according to the "Operating Manual," i.e. the East RDD Project Notebook and associated <br />procedures and guidelines kept outside the notebook yet maintained and residing in Live Link. <br />These controlling documents are maintained electronically, however a hardcopy will be found in <br />the Bar D Administration Building, and, among other purposes, will be used in training. <br />In flowlines where a significant corrosion potential is suspected, monitoring techniques such as <br />iron counts, corrosion coupons, or corrosion probes will be used to determine the need for <br />injection of chemical inhibitors. <br />Flowlines will be inspected at both ends for signs of leakage during operating personnel rounds. <br />A "Flowline Inspection Plan" as such does not exist; however the same elements from such a <br />plan are found in the MRP Management System (East RDD Project Notebook and associated <br />procedures and guidelines). <br />Printed April 7, 2011 Section 16 Page 47 of 71 <br />The controlled version of this "controlling document" resides online in LivelinkO.
