UA - Onshore Gas Number: CO-HSE-032 <br /> HSE Procedure Custodian: Colorado Operations <br /> Spill Prevention, Control and Revision: 0 <br /> Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan Effective: January 2012 <br />15.0 FACILITY TANK TRUCK LOADING / UNLOADING RACK <br />The East RDD Project will use a fixed pipe rack transfer stations for the loading / unloading of <br />produced water and oil. The use of fixed pipe racks will require the use of secondary <br />containment at least equivalent to the maximum capacity of the largest single compartment of the <br />tank truck. <br />Transfers performed at the East RDD Project that will be conducted using flexible hoses will not <br />require containment around the tank truck. Table 15.1 provides a list of the transfers that will <br />take place at the East RDD Project. <br />TABLE 15.1.
