The use of fixed pipe racks will require the use of secondary <br />containment at least equivalent to the maximum capacity of the largest single compartment of the <br />tank truck. <br />Transfers performed at the East RDD Project that will be conducted using flexible hoses will not <br />require containment around the tank truck. Table 15.1 provides a list of the transfers that will <br />take place at the East RDD Project. <br />TABLE 15.1.
