Please note - the use of the form <br />is fraught with errors of this kind. We respectfully request that DRMS check the coding associated <br />with this form and its linkages. <br />Item 2 - Two copies of this page are provided. <br />Item 3 - The acreage estimate was based upon the geospatial information available for the Site. It <br />should be noted that a portion of the delineated area (within Figures 3 and 4) is sloped, therefore it <br />was estimated that only a portion provided usable flat surfaces for the proposed work. Regardless, <br />we agree that the entire area is likely -3 acres. There permitted area has changed slightly as per <br />information provided in Item 6 below. Revised Figures are included. <br />Item 4 - Amended Figures are attached. Four copies of each are provided to accommodate needs for <br />both Forms 1 and 2. <br /> <br /> <br />Item 5 - DRMS is correct - we do not intend to change the orientation of the cement pad during the ? <br />course of the proposed activities, or for reclamation purposes.
