An acute test was run for Ceriodaphnia dubia on 005W instead of an acute test for <br />Daphnia magna as required by the permit. Note that the WET test that was conducted indicated that the effluent was not <br />acutely toxic to Ceridaphnia dubia. <br />It appears that our chain of custody was not clear, and the laboratory assumed Ceriodaphnia testing was called for, as it is on <br />many of our other sites. I have spoken with the laboratory, and have verified with them what WET testing is required for all our <br />WET sites. The laboratory can make the raw data available if the Department requests it. I have attached a new DMR with <br />the species tested for.
