EXHIBIT L
PERMANENT MAN MADE STRUCTURES
The County Road - Middle Creek Road lies approximately 250 southeast of the
southeast boundary of the pit. An access road from the Middle Creek Road
provides ingress and egress to the pit.
The San Luis Valley Rural Electric Cooperative has two power lines that are
within 200 feet. One parallels the southeast pit boundary about 45 feet from the
boundary. The second line is north of the pit and at its nearest point falls 145 feet
north of the most northerly pit corner.
These improvements, the access road, the County Road, and the two power
lines are all shown on the Exhibit A, Exhibit B and both Exhibit E maps.
No other permanent manmade structures fall within the bounds or with 200 feet
of the perimeter of this proposed pit.
