Topsoil
replacement thicknesses on the Morgan property for Lift A and Lift B are prescribed on Map 2.05.4-6. In accordance
with the commitment made by WFC in April 2010, all "Bench 1" overburden generated from the Morgan property is to
be retained on the Morgan property. Backfilling of the pit below the level of Bench 1 will be accomplished using spoil
material. The source of the spoil is not prescribed, but the thickness of spoil will be effectively controlled by the
elevation of the post-mining ground surface, the thickness of topsoil replacement, and the Bench 1 replacement.
Marcia
From: Brown, Sandy
Sent: Thursday, May 05, 20113:19 PM
To: Talvitie, Marcia
Subject: fax
Sandra L.
