The <br />revision was called complete on May 5, 2011. The decision due date is May 15, 2011. <br />In Minor Revision No. 123, Bowie Resources LLC is proposing to drill six gob vent boreholes into <br />federally leased coal and on land owned by the company. A total new surface disturbance of 8.1 acres is <br />proposed for the associated roads and drill pads.
