Using the information you provided in your
public notices it appears that your company will be mining the NW1/4, NE1/4 and the SE1/4 of
the SW1/4 of Section 31. KMGG owns and operates a high pressure pipeline (14-200-3") that
enters the'/z section line of 31/T3N/R67W at a point about 1,050' north of the south section line of
Section 31. This line continues approximately due west for about 1,660 ft. At the west end of the
200-3" Anadarko Petroleum Corporation has a tank battery/meter station, the Gould L. G Jr UT 1
(MS 008005). 1 have attached a portion of our plat for T3N R67W showing your area of interest
and the gathering line and tank battery/meter station in question.
The locations shown on the attached plat are approximate. The actual locations and depths of
the KMGG facilities should be field located, flagged and surveyed and shown on your
development drawings. I have also attached the KMG General Guidelines for Design and
Construction.
Please contact Mr. David Ankle at 303 748 5742 to initiate the procedure for KMGG pipeline
facilities relocation. For information on the tank battery/meter station please contact Mr. Dave
Bell at 303 655-4350.
Please contact me at 303-655-4319 if you have any questions or need further information.
Sincerely,
4 J eph an ez, PE
taff E
Attachments:
Kerrt&Gee
cc: K.
