Third St. Division Director <br />Victor, CO 80860 Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Cresson Project, Technical Revision Approval, Permit No. M- 1980 -244, Revision No. TR -42 <br />Dear Mr. Barnes: <br />On December 8, 2003 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision application <br />submitted to the Division on November 19, 2003, addressing the following: <br />Crusher area drainage revision. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 42 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M- <br />1980 -244.
