The <br /> photographs were taken by Harry Ranney of DRMS, and reviewed by Susan Burgmaier in the DRMS Denver <br /> office on May 2,2011. Weather conditions for the flight were partly cloudy. A light dusting of snow covered the <br /> area. Ponds 012,013, and 014 and portions of the reclaimed South Pit area were all photographed. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.0511❑Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, <br /> 4.05.6, Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10;Diversions 4.05.4;Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water <br /> Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13;Drainage—Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8, <br /> Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> Ponds 012,013, and 014 all held water; it was not apparent whether any of the ponds were discharging. <br /> SLIDES and DAMAGE -Rule 4.12: <br /> A new area of instability has developed just northeast of Pond 014, and slides have reoccurred east of <br /> Pond 014 and on the North and east sides of Pond 012.
