Pineda <br />Director <br />FROM: Jim Stark <br />SUBJECT: Terror Creek 2011 Midterm Review Cost Estimate <br />DATE: 2 May 2011 <br />Attached is the reclamation cost estimate for the 2011 Midterm Review for the Terror <br />Creek Loadout. The estimate is 14 Tasks (a summary sheet and tasks 001-019) and <br />represents a new liability of $282,928.00. The new liability is $6,833.00 more than the <br />current liability (of $276,095.00) and $4,928.00 more than the current bond held (of <br />$278,000.00).
