Outfall 001A/001W inadvertently discharged for approximately one day during the <br />second week in January due to a broken butterfly valve. There was no other discharge from this <br />site during the period. <br />Outfall 002A consists of an influent site 3001 and a discharge site). Due to freezing conditions, <br />site 300E did not flow the first two weeks in January. No exceedances were noted for 002A. <br />Very truly y rs, <br />Brian A.
