It appeared that a plow had piled snow in front of the road while maintaining CR 12E and/or CR
29. The Loadout was accessed by foot.
Weather was cloudy. Snow covered some of the ground at the mine site and some of the ground at the loadout.
HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05:
At the loadout, the pond contained water, and discharge was observed exiting the primary spillway pipe. No
compliance issues were identified with the pond. The following areas were inspected: the embankment, both
spillways, and the channels below the spillways.
The ditch along the southwest side of the loadout contained several inches of water.
GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLANCE:
The mine was found to be in general compliance with the permit.
RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3:
The loadout appeared to be in good condition as no erosion or large bare areas were observed. Standing water
was observed between the structure and the loadout pond.
Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 7
Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 3
Page 2 of 4
