Snow covered a small portion of the ground. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05: <br />The large pond near Trout Creek was full and discharging. <br />Several spoil springs and seeps were discharging clear water. <br />Rock-lined channels and contour ditches are not eroding and no blowouts were observed. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />The site appeared to be in good condition as no erosion or large bare areas were observed. <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 8 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 3 <br />Page 2 of 6
