Upper Animas Sand and Gravel Pit, Permit No. M-2005-065, Construction Materials Regular (112) Operation <br />Reclamation Permit Conversion (CN1) Application, Approval <br />Dear Mr. Clark: <br />On April 22, 2011 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS) approved the Construction Materials Regular <br />(112) Operation Reclamation Permit Conversion (CN1) Application, submitted to DRMS on April 25, 2011. <br />The terms of CN1 approved by DRMS are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-2005-065. All other conditions and <br />requirements of the permit remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $32,500.00 exceeds the $7,618.00 Financial Warranty currently held. Please submit <br />additional bond in the amount of $ 24,882.00.
