All exposed groundwater, including the pre <br />1981 water is covered by the Well Permit (60774-F) and <br />Court approved Augmentation Plan (Case 93CW169) that cover <br />evaporative losses, dust control water and loses due to <br />gravel processing at the mine. The well permit was revised <br />in 2004 and issued on February 25, 2004. The augmentation <br />plan was approved on January 4, 1994. <br />Our current Reclamation Plan calls for creating <br />additional lakes that are covered by the above referenced <br />well permit and Argumentation plan. <br />We believe the information presented shows that this <br />mine in compliance with X37-90-137(11).
