Kent Gorham -2- April 27, 2011 <br />NECC - Page Exh 26-4 was amended to state that seismograph(s) will be used <br />at the Bates Portal face-up to measure peak particle veloctiy. <br />(v) a description of the plans for recording and report to the Division the <br />results of pre-blasting surveys <br />NECC - A description of the plans for recording and report to the Division the <br />results of pre-blasting surveys was added to Page Exh 26-5. <br />2. Rule 4.08.1(4) requires the submittal of an anticipated blast design signed by a <br />certified blaster be submitted with the revision application or the submittal of a <br />time for the design to be submitted before the blast. <br />NECC - Page Exh 26-4 was amended to state an anticipated blast design, <br />prepared and signed by a certified blaster will be submitted to the Division for <br />approval at least 30 days before a blast. <br />3.
