The graveled east side road was in good <br /> condition as well.The light use road along the railroad tracks was muddy but passable. <br /> REVEGETATION—Rule 4.15❑❑Vegetative Cover;Timing: <br /> The grass cover on the facilities bench was moderate.There was a good grass cover on the other areas of <br /> the permit area. <br /> SUPPORT FACILITIES -Rule 4.04: <br /> There were no problems with any of the coal handling structures, substation,fuel facility and the material <br /> storage area. <br /> SIGNS AND MARKERS—Rule 4.02: <br /> The mine identification signs were up at the main entrance,east side entrance and along the side road near <br /> the railroad tracks.
