Colorado.
Dear Mr. Neuhart,
Please find enclosed a packet of materials that comprise St. Sophia Holding Limited's' application for the renewal
of the Colorado Wastewater Discharge Permit CO-0037460 for their 'Lower Mountain Top' propertv. Please note:
this permit application is being provided 'before' any proposed exploration efforts are to be conducted at the mine
site. The mine site is historic and has an existing portal with a discharge that was previously permitted by the
Silver Eagle Company. As such, in compliance with the Division of Reclamation and Mine Safety (DBMS) Mineral
Rules, a Discharge Permit has to be pursued before any proposed disturbance related to mining underground can
be permitted by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. Thus, this application is the first step towards achieving the
necessary suite of permits to pursue underground mining at this Site.
The Lower Mountain Top is located on private ground within Governor Basin, Ouray County Colorado. It is an
extremely remote location within a historic mining district. The site occurs at 11,400 ft in elevation which limits it's
seasonal access and the ability for mining to occur. The St. Sophia Holding limited company wishes to begin
refurbishment of underground workings and exploration efforts in spring/summer, 2011.
This packet includes the standard application form, a letter identifying Karmen King as the environmental
compliance point of contact for the St. Sophia Holding Limited company (in reference to requirements outlined in
item 1 of the form, and two ATTACHMENTS which summarize the information requested within the form itself
I._TTACHMENT A summarizes the exploration activities planned for the site, ATTACHMENT B summarizes the
.;ydroiogic setting, the available water quality information, and the flow pathways surrounding the site).
If you have any questions regarding this information, or need any clarification to the materials provided; please
contact Karmen King/Grayling LLC directly ((970) 565-0278). Thank you for your timely review of these materials.
Sincerely; .t
??f ?.
Lawrence J. 4'L_onnor/President/St. Sophia Holding Ltd.
Lawrence J.
