St. Sophia YfoWng Ltd,
Attn. Bob Oswald APB
Z6
Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety Rr-CEIV 0iDUra0X01
D
urango Field Office Msn?n ofR/ d i ce Suite Durango3CO 81301-2 APR 2 0 2011 aj7C/ Sa ety0n
691
Division of Re..famation,
Mining and Safety )
Dear Bob;
This letter and the attached Notice of Intent (NO1) to conduct prospecting operations for Hard Rock/Metals
Mines documents the'St. Sophia Holding Ltd.' company's interests to pursue exploration and underground
sampling of a silver/gold vein structure within the workings of the Lower Mountain Top mine site. The site
is comprised of patented claims leased by the St. Sophia Holding Ltd. Company from The Mining
Company. The site has existing roads and existing surface pad features that will be relied upon for the
prospecting efforts. There is no new anticipated surface disturbance outside of disturbance created by
routine parking/staging of vehicles and equipment. If viable ore reserves are discovered, this project will
transition into a mine plan of operations.
Since the Lower Mountain Top is an historic property and releases a historic discharge that was permitted
through the Colorado Department of Environmental Health - Colorado Discharge Permit System; an
application to 'renew' the permit was submitted early this year. Copies of the cover letter correspondence
are provided, and results of all sampling are included as part of this Submittal (Attachments A and B). In
order to achieve cohesive communication with adjacent land use agencies, and operators, copies of the
letter correspondence provided to these agencies is attached for file completeness (Attachment B).
Please contact either Larry O'Connor/President/St. Sophia Holding Ltd., or Karmen King/Grayling LLC
[(970) 565-0278] if you have any questions regarding these materials.
Thank you
Sincerely,
e.wreng O'Connor
Soo is Holding Ltd.
10220 Hawkeye Circle
Reno, NV 89523
(775) 848.6290
