Hides cow <br />Govemor <br />Director <br />UMU L P& M <br />Dinxiar <br />Wildcat Mining Corporation, May Day Idaho Mine Complex, File No. M-1981.185. <br />Dear Mr. Robinson: <br />On April 27, 2011, the Division determined the response to previously Identified adequacy <br />issues constituted an Amendment to CN-01. All comment and review periods began on April <br />27, 2011. The decision date for your amended application is scheduled for June 21, 2011. <br />Pursuant to Hard Rock/Metal Mining Rule 1.6.2(1)(d), within ten days of filing you must publish <br />notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the locality of the proposed mining operation <br />once a week for four consecutive weeks. Pursuant to Rule 1.6.2(1)(e), immediately after the <br />first publication, mail a copy of the notice to all owners of record of surface and mineral rights, <br />holders of any recorded easements, and all owners of record of lands that are within 200 feet <br />of the boundary of affected land. Pursuant to Rule 1.6.5(2), within ten working days after the <br />last publication or as soon thereafter as proof has been obtained, the Applicant shall mail proof <br />of the newspaper publication, required under Rule 1.6.2(1)(d), to the Office. Proof of notice <br />and mailings, such as Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested, must be submitted to the <br />Division prior to the decision date. Additionally, any changes or additions to the application on <br />file in our office must also be reflected in the public review copy, which has been placed with <br />the !a Plata County Clerk and Recorder. <br />The Division is reviewing your application to determine whether It is adequate to meet the <br />requirements of the Act.
