The issues <br />referenced in the letter regarding compliance with reclamation and bonding requirements relative <br />to exposed groundwater at sand and gravel mining operations do no appear to be applicable to <br />these sites as they are not sand and gravel mines. <br />Please advise us if you have any questions or require additional information. <br />Very truly yours, <br /> <br />Connie N.
