We appreciated your <br />time and assistance in addressing this matter. <br />As a follow-up to our meeting, this letter is provided to the Division for its records with specific <br />regard to the status of the above-referenced permit and your acknowledgement that it is in <br />compliance with reclamation and bonding requirements for the following reason(s): <br />Al has not commenced mining of this site and the Division currently holds a reduced <br />bond to reflect the undisturbed status. Prior to commencement of mining, Al will post <br />the appropriate financial warranty. <br />It is our understanding that no further action is required of Al at this time; however, please advise <br />us if you have any questions or require additional information. <br />Very truly yours, <br /> <br />Connie N.
