We appreciated your <br />time and assistance in addressing this matter. <br />As a follow-up to our meeting, this letter is provided to the Division for its records with specific <br />regard to the status of the above-referenced permit and your acknowledgement that it is in <br />compliance with reclamation and bonding requirements for the following reason(s): <br />Al has filed an application for a permanent plan of augmentation under Case No. <br />1990CW23 for the post-mining ground water surface exposure at this site as anticipated <br />in the approved DRMS permit. <br />It is our understanding that no further action is required of Al at this time; however, please advise <br />us if you have any questions or require additional information. <br />Very truly yours, <br /> <br />Connie N.
